• Limitation of Technical Liability: The guidance provided by our specialists is strictly informative regarding rituals, protocols of use, and the synergy of our Clean Label products. We offer specific commercial conditions for healthcare professionals, aesthetic clinics, niche pharmacies, and retailers wishing to integrate our premium solutions into their commercial operations:

• Wholesale Qualification Criteria (B2B): Wholesale supply is strictly conditional upon prior registration and technical review. Applicants must hold an active corporate tax ID (CNPJ or equivalent) with a business activity code compatible with the health, cosmetics, or related sectors, alongside regular state registration.

• Account Opening and Quotes: Requests for distinct price lists, technical catalogs, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and distribution feasibility must be directed exclusively to the commercial department at: wholesale@nuvittae.com.

• Logistics and Corporate Timelines: Due to the technical rigor required to preserve and transport our pure, high-biotechnology ingredients, delivery times and freight costs for corporate purchases are calculated on a customized basis and formalized in a commercial proposal following account approval.

• Brand Protection Policy: The sale, advertisement, or redistribution of Nuvittae products on third-party platforms (virtual marketplaces) is expressly prohibited without prior, express, and formal written authorization from our brand governance. Non-compliance will result in immediate contract termination and applicable legal sanctions to protect the brand's premium positioning.
